French‑Speaking Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to be the primary technical contact for Schneider Electric’s French‑speaking customers, partners and field engineers across Europe and global regions. Based in EPZA, Rosario, Cavite, you will deliver high‑level assistance for our energy‑management and automation solutions, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat and remote desktop.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Schneider Electric products.
• Escalate high‑impact cases to Tier 3 or Product Engineering while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.
• Provide clear, professional support in French and English, translating technical jargon into understandable guidance.
• Document all interactions, findings and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Create and maintain French knowledge‑base articles, FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Meet KPI targets such as CSAT, First Contact Resolution and Mean Time to Resolve.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French (CEFR B1/B2‑C2) and strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in technical or product support.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules to cover European business hours and occasional Philippine holidays.
• Hybrid work arrangement in EPZA, Rosario, Cavite.
