French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via voice calls and live chat, helping them track orders, understand products, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them step‑by‑step to solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
