About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑growing pet‑tech team. You will assist dog owners who use our smart collar and mobile app, helping them resolve technical issues and enjoy a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt support via chat, email and phone in French.
- Troubleshoot smart‑collar hardware, mobile‑app functionality and connectivity problems.
- Guide users through device setup, pairing, GPS/LTE behavior and activity insights.
- Investigate recurring issues, document findings and follow internal escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using scripts, knowledge bases and product guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote trust and retention.
Required profile
- Passion for dogs and commitment to helping dog parents keep their pets safe.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
- Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Ability to stay calm, professional and solution‑focused in challenging situations.
- Metrics‑driven mindset with focus on response time, quality and resolution rate.
Required skills
- Technical aptitude for learning device behavior, app flows and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
