French Collections Support Analyst

About the role

The French Collections Support Analyst will validate and process invoices written in French, generate reports for a French client, and act as a subject‑matter expert or team lead for collections activities. The position is based in Quezon City and operates on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts‑receivable billings, adjustments, and write‑offs.
• Supervise and support collections associates when required.
• Track and reconcile daily and monthly AR balances.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system, whether manually entered or imported.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices and customer information.
• Generate repayments for erroneous or over‑payments.
• Provide business‑unit reporting and other required information.
• Suggest innovative ways to improve collections processes.

Required profile

• Fluent or familiar French language proficiency.
• Ability to work night shifts with weekends off.
• Experience in accounts‑receivable or collections processes is preferred.
• Willingness to be upskilled on domain knowledge during onboarding.
