French Bilingual Quality Analyst

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s Quality team as a French Bilingual Quality Analyst. You will ensure that operational procedures comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements, leveraging your French language proficiency and analytical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control reviews of calls, emails and transactions to verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Use data analytics tools to analyse quality results, identify root causes of issues and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement automated solutions that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency of quality‑control processes.
• Apply foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence to enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.
• Promote a collaborative team environment through effective communication and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) for reviewing communications and transactions.
• At least three years of experience in quality control, preferably with a focus on Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) standards.
• Proven ability to analyse data, pinpoint issues and propose process improvements.
• Experience implementing automation to streamline quality‑control workflows.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings and coach team members.

Required skills

• Data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar).
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with Webstats or other quality‑assurance monitoring systems.
