French Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (Odoo)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English bilingual professional to coordinate logistics operations using Odoo. Working remotely, you will keep our supply chain flowing smoothly across Europe and North America, handling customer outreach and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, partners and stakeholders to provide logistics updates, confirmations and follow‑ups.
• Support daily logistics operations, ensuring timely handling of customer requests.
• Update customer records, order details and logistics information in Odoo.
• Use Ringover for phone communication while maintaining clear, professional dialogue.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to relay customer requirements and logistics status.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, documentation and escalations.
• Provide support for customers in Europe and Northwest America, including Quebec.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, logistics or operations coordination.
• Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable making outbound calls.
• High attention to detail and ability to keep accurate system records.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Available to work according to Paris business hours.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Odoo (preferred).
• Ringover or similar calling platform (a plus).
• Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
