About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager & Content Creator to design and execute a full‑stack strategy for TikTok and Instagram. The role focuses on personal branding, short‑form video, and organic audience growth for a premium life‑insurance client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead an end‑to‑end social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, built from scratch.
• Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence.
• Transform client ideas into polished short‑form videos, graphics, captions, and copy.
• Produce, film, and edit Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and other short‑form formats.
• Lead the personal rebrand to establish a cohesive, premium, education‑first identity.
• Create educational content on life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth.
• Grow accounts organically to drive inbound interest, community engagement, and referrals.
• Track engagement metrics, report performance, and continuously refine the approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong short‑form video production and editing.
• Track record of developing personal or founder‑led brands, including rebrands.
• Eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics.
• Ability to simplify complex or financial topics for a broad audience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
