Freelance SAP Consultant – Ticket‑Based Remote Role

About the role

We are expanding a network of freelance SAP consultants to provide on‑demand, ticket‑based support for a range of SAP modules. The role is fully remote, flexible and output‑based, allowing experienced SAP professionals to work alongside existing commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Claim and resolve support tickets within your qualified SAP module or technology area.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear, concise guidance to end users and document resolutions.
• Contribute to a knowledge base for recurring issues.
• Follow client‑specific processes, service expectations and compliance requirements.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in at least one of the SAP modules or technologies listed.
• Strong understanding of SAP workflows, configurations and troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, ticket‑based environment.
• Clear written communication and a customer‑focused approach.
• Reliable internet connection and your own suitable computer or device.
• Availability during US business hours is an advantage for certain modules.
