Food Runner

About the role

Food runners are an important part of our staff and serve as assistants to the waitstaff. Their main duties are to deliver, or "run" food to tables once a food order has been prepared by the cooks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prepared dishes promptly to guests’ tables.
• Assist waitstaff during busy periods by handling additional tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and ensure proper table settings.
• Support kitchen staff by communicating any special requests or issues.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume environment.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling.
