Food & Beverage Manager (Multiple Outlets)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of two or more restaurant outlets. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant teams to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple outlets.
• Achieve revenue, cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) and EBITDA targets through menu analysis, promotions and waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Control labour costs, guest supplies and related expenses while maintaining profitability.
• Prepare shift schedules, manage leave requests and conduct daily briefings and station allocations.
• Maintain accurate daily revenue reports and guest service logs.
• Enforce restaurant policies, operational guidelines and staff conduct.
• Support monthly and annual inventory audits, providing justification for hygiene, laundry and OS&E findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a restaurant manager or at least 2 years as an assistant manager in bar, restaurant or hotel operations.
• Experience in integrated resort environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Birchstreet, Aglysis, OpenTable and cash‑handling/point‑of‑sale systems.
