Flight Booking Specialist (Amadeus GDS)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Flight Booking Specialist who will use the Amadeus GDS platform to create seamless travel itineraries for individual and group clients. The role is client‑facing, fast‑paced, and requires independent management of complex reservations while delivering high‑quality support to English‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS for both individual and group travelers.
• Handle inbound calls and communicate professionally with English‑speaking customers.
• Create accurate, time‑sensitive itineraries, including urgent documentation requirements.
• Coordinate and resolve complex booking scenarios involving multiple passengers and tight deadlines.
• Verify all booking details—dates, passenger names, flight information—before delivery.
• Provide proactive client support and flag potential issues before they escalate.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Amadeus GDS for flight bookings and itinerary management.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
