Fleet Coordinator – Visayas Region

About the role
The Fleet Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of the company's tool‑of‑trade vehicles (TOTVs) across the Visayas region. This role ensures that vehicle acquisition, deployment, maintenance, compliance and cost management are executed efficiently to support reliable and safe operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee acquisition, deployment and disposal of fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate regular maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor fleet performance, generate reports and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, expenses and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align fleet availability with business needs.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle service industry; experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and fleet compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with fleet management software (preferred).
