Fitness Instructor – Full-time Gym Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Fitness Instructor to join our Metro Manila club. You will lead safe, engaging sessions and help members achieve their personal fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized training programs.
• Lead group and individual sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques.
• Monitor member progress and provide ongoing motivation and guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service on the gym floor, answering fitness-related questions.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Support club events, promotions and collaborate with the team to enhance member experience and retention.

Required profile

• Strong fitness instruction skills with ability to lead inclusive sessions for all levels.
• Experience in personal training and program design.
• Customer-service mindset and strong communication abilities.
• Relevant fitness certifications from recognized organisations.
• Knowledge of exercise science, basic nutrition and safe training practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous gym or health-club experience preferred; CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
