Fire Services Designer

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a Fire Services Designer to produce high‑precision design drawings and documentation that ensure life‑safety and regulatory compliance for Australian‑standard commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. The role is based onsite in Clark, Philippines and works within a BIM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce shop and design drawings in line with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards (AS 2419, AS 2118, AS 1670).
• Develop Autodesk Revit models up to LOD 500 for construction and as‑built documentation.
• Participate in the full design lifecycle: briefing, RFIs, bills of materials, technical clarifications and final design reviews.
• Prepare pipe fabrication sheets, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve spatial clashes.
• Manage design submissions via Autodesk Cloud or Procore.
• Support value engineering by proposing alternative solutions during construction.
• Adhere to OHS and environmental policies, prioritising safety and sustainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in fire services design, applying Australian Standards on live projects.
• Tertiary engineering qualification or relevant trade certificate.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong computer literacy and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills for client and team interaction.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit (expert level)
• Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.)
• BIM modeling up to LOD 500
• Design of fire sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, smoke detectors and EWIS systems
• Knowledge of Australian Standards AS 2419, AS 2118, AS 1670
• Procore and Autodesk Cloud for design submission management

What we offer

• Competitive salary range Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 per month
• Full‑time onsite position, Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM PHT
