Fine Dining Waiter – Server

About the role

We are seeking a professional Waiter to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience in a high‑end restaurant. The successful candidate will combine polished service etiquette with strong communication to ensure every guest enjoys a premium dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests courteously, presenting menus and recommending dishes and drinks.
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages following fine‑dining service standards.
• Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation throughout service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve concerns quickly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately when required.
• Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and overall dining area maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant environments (preferred).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English and/or the local language.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining composure.
• Knowledge of fine‑dining etiquette and table service is an advantage.
