Fine Dining Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a professional Waiter to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience in a high‑end restaurant setting. The successful candidate will combine strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure every guest enjoys a premium dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and assist them throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and suggest food and drink pairings.
• Take accurate orders and transmit them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and beverages following fine‑dining service standards.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and during service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve concerns quickly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately when required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and overall dining area maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or the local language.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while remaining composed.
