Financial Reporting Associate – Manila

About the role

The Financial Reporting Associate will work under the Consolidated Accounting Unit Supervisor and closely with the Finance Accounting Division at Headquarters. The role focuses on preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IPSAS and organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial reporting, analysis and centralized reporting activities.
• Execute reconciliation functions to support accurate financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IPSAS.
• Collaborate with the Finance Accounting Division and ensure alignment with headquarters’ standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience preparing financial statements, performing analysis and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP financial systems such as Oracle.
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems.
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office applications.
• Ability to conduct financial reporting, accounting and analysis.
