Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team in Cagayan de Oro City on a night‑shift, onsite basis. The analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities while delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning across multiple business units.
• Analyze operating expenses, financial performance and key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of the annual corporate budget.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Prioritize multiple projects and reporting requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Participate in financial process‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and management reports as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Results‑driven with solid business acumen.
