Financial Controller – On‑site, Central Luzon

About the role

The Financial Controller role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Central Luzon, Philippines. You will oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, prepare, review and validate financial statements and management reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare, review and validate financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support internal and external audits.
• Optimize internal controls and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and finance knowledge with solid core financial principles.
• Experience preparing and managing financial statements and reporting in a corporate environment.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Relevant senior finance experience, preferably in fast‑growing or international companies.
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or accounting software.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with financial reporting systems.
