Financial Controller (Nightshift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our team on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on bookkeeping, accounts receivable, contract renewals, and comprehensive financial reporting while collaborating closely with the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure timely month‑end close.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application processes.
• Oversee contract renewals and subscription billing for SaaS clients.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the CFO with budgeting, reporting, and financial projections.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of accounting or controller experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in accounts receivable and collections.
• Experience handling contracts, renewals, or subscription billing.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience supporting US‑based clients is preferred.
