Financial Control Manager

About the role

The Finance & Controlling Manager will lead all financial processes at IVSSI, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations while delivering accurate and timely financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, government regulations and taxation requirements.
• Collaborate with Incentive Promotion Agencies to stay updated on incentive rules.
• Partner with the Managing Director and department heads to provide financial guidance for decision‑making.
• Oversee preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial packages.
• Manage controlling functions including service order reviews, variance analysis, profitability and product costing.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and present results to management.
• Monitor intercompany billing, collections and treasury functions to maintain a positive cash position.
• Analyze service costs, recommend cost‑avoidance and savings initiatives, and support Service Delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance and controlling within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate results.
• Knowledge of internal controls, taxation compliance and service costing.
