Financial Control Associate – Markets & Treasury

About the role

The Financial Control Associate will support the Markets & Treasury Financial Control team in delivering accurate and timely financial information. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Makati City and focuses on ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, reliable and timely financial information to internal stakeholders.
• Manage month‑end close activities, including accounting, P&L and balance‑sheet analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial and management reporting for the Markets and Treasury divisions.
• Collaborate with various business units to address queries, resolve issues and support business requirements.
• Assist in the review of new trades, price testing, valuation adjustments and regulatory data.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level experience in financial control or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of markets and treasury products gained through prior work experience.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate financial information clearly.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of processes.
