Financial Analyst – FP&A (Remote, Australian Hours)

About the role

Scale Suite is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Philippines team and support Australian clients on a full‑time, remote basis. You will work Australian business hours (approximately 7:00 am–3:30 pm Manila time) and collaborate with a fast‑growing finance‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi‑year financial models with sensitivity analysis.
• Own weekly cash‑flow forecasts for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs for founders and boards.
• Support capital raises, financing negotiations, due‑diligence, and overseas expansion projects.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis quickly, switching contexts as client needs arise.
• Work closely with the Finance Team Lead for structured senior review and rapid learning.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, audit, or corporate finance (Big 4 background a plus).
• Strong university academic record.
• Excellent written English; most communication is directly with Australian clients.
• Self‑managed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Xero (training will be provided if needed).
