Financial Accounting Specialist

About the role
The Finance Specialist will join VIA optronics’ finance team in Binan, handling day‑to‑day accounting operations. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on processing high‑volume transactions and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices and payments.
- Record journal entries, update general ledgers, and categorize business expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform quality checks on invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Organise financial documentation, receipts and tax certificates for internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software tools.
