Finance Transformation - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Consulting is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Senior Associate to lead the design, implementation, and support of OneStream and Tagetik platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver high‑quality financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into OneStream/Tagetik solutions.
• Configure, test, and validate the platforms to meet client‑specific needs.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and ongoing support for end‑users.
• Ensure seamless data integration with ERP and other financial systems.
• Create reports and dashboards to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology/Engineering or Finance‑related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EPM financial systems consulting.
• Proven project management and client communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with OneStream and/or Tagetik.
• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Planning.
• Strong knowledge of VB/VB.NET.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
