Finance Superintendent

About the role

The Finance Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring transaction accuracy, processing accruals, and supporting the company’s overall financial operations. The role also involves analysing financial data to provide strategic advice for business investments and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and verify their accuracy.
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in vendor accounts and payments.
• Review financial transactions for compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Calculate and record accruals for expenses and revenues in line with accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate accrual entries during month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial tasks and support financial planning and analysis activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate financial information.
