Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy, planning and performance management. The role goes beyond traditional accounting, translating financial data into business decisions, managing profitability and supporting capital‑raising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate expansion projects, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Own P&L performance, monitor revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead funding and capital‑raising activities, prepare financial models, proposals and manage relationships with banks and investors.
• Conduct investment analysis, valuation and financial modelling for potential projects and acquisitions.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level finance professional with a strong foundation in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Proven experience in funding, capital raising, financial modelling and P&L management.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
