Finance Manager – In House Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Dyson is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its In‑House Manufacturing Finance team in Batangas, Philippines. You will lead finance operations for the company’s manufacturing sites, partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the DDM management team to support the site’s financial and operational objectives.
• Drive month‑end close, budget planning and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and review detailed manufacturing cost analysis and modelling to provide insights for business decisions.
• Lead reviews of operational processes to ensure compliance, improve efficiency and optimise costs.
• Manage inventory control of raw materials, sub‑assemblies, spare parts and finished products.
• Review operating spend against budget, policy and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and remote finance teams.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent postgraduate qualification with manufacturing and costing experience.
• 7‑8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in rigorous financial planning, analysis or strategy.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand concepts and model data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SAP knowledge (plus).
