Finance Manager – Financial Control (Philippines)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control and reporting for its operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with the global Finance team to ensure accurate consolidation, compliance, and strategic insight that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated general ledger accounts in Oracle NetSuite under PFRS.
• Coordinate month‑end close processes and deliver timely, accurate financial reports.
• Enhance balance‑sheet substantiation in line with group programmes and tools.
• Support ICAAP‑related control processes, including capital reporting and reconciliations.
• Produce detailed analysis of key GL movements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and submit returns on schedule.
• Develop and monitor a robust control environment using RCSA frameworks.
• Drive process improvements and automation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Lead audit programmes in coordination with group audit requirements.
• Maintain accounting policies, incorporating updates to PFRS, IFRS, and group standards.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in finance or controlling within banking, fintech, financial services or consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of PFRS and IFRS.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
