Finance Head

About the role

We are the Philippines' leading online gift store, operating across Southeast Asia. We seek a hands‑on Finance Head to lead finance and accounting for FlowerStore Group and Easycommerce, driving reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and performance analysis across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial reports for entities in the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adequate funding for all markets.
• Produce weekly KPI reports for senior management and investors.
• Analyze departmental processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to CEO inquiries, special reporting requests, and stakeholder queries.
• Coach and develop finance staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategies to meet sales, production efficiency and financial targets.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, suppliers and other partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• Proven leadership experience in finance and controlling within a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ethics in compliance.
