Finance Director – Global Business Services

About the role

The GBS Finance Director leads the finance function for the Global Business Services site, ensuring financial transparency, cost efficiency and compliance with corporate standards. Acting as a key business partner to the Site Leadership Team and global finance stakeholders, the role drives budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic financial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, statutory and tax compliance, cash management and financial governance for the GBS site.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial outlook in collaboration with business, HR, procurement and global finance partners.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, produce variance analyses, dashboards and management presentations.
• Manage cost allocation and inter‑company recharge processes, ensuring compliance with transfer‑pricing policies.
• Provide financial oversight for legal entities, business case preparation and support for transformation projects.
• Track KPIs such as cost per transaction, productivity, utilization and headcount evolution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership within a global or multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, statutory and tax compliance, cash management and financial governance.
• Proven ability to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cost‑allocation processes.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and global finance teams.
