Finance Controller – Remote Night Shift

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead accounting, finance, and trade finance operations for a growing multinational business supporting a US‑based client. This remote, night‑shift position focuses on financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic partnership with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Deliver management reporting packages and executive‑level analysis.
• Develop KPIs and provide recommendations for profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on strategy, growth initiatives and trade finance decisions.
• Support pricing, margin optimization, customer profitability and risk assessment.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, receivables and collection efficiency.
• Oversee relationships with banking partners, cash facilities and credit arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain financial governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive accounting experience, including controller or senior finance responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity accounting operations.
• Strong analytical and business‑partnering skills.
