Finance Controller – Plant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Finance Controller to lead financial management for our manufacturing plant. Partnering closely with the Plant Manager and senior leadership, you will drive performance, cost efficiency, and robust financial controls across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to plant leadership, providing insights for decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives and operational‑efficiency improvements.
• Ensure accurate financial records, inventory and fixed‑asset control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes.
• Manage and develop the plant finance team.
• Support capital‑expenditure planning and return‑on‑investment analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and head‑office finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling.
• Strong background in product costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High integrity with a strategic, business‑focused mindset.
