Finance Business Partner - Logistics

About the role

The Finance Business Partner – Logistics will support strategic decision‑making for logistics operations, ensuring margin improvement and cost efficiency across the region’s warehouse and transport activities. You will work closely with regional logistics and manufacturing teams to align financial planning with operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and planning for manufacturing costs, including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Provide performance management insights and decision support to logistics and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Support projects that drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.
• Manage people‑related financial responsibilities within the logistics finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• CPA license is a plus, but not mandatory.
• 3‑5 years of experience in management accounting and logistics finance.
• Background in manufacturing environments and experience partnering with functions such as marketing, supply chain, and corporate services.
• Exposure to the FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation abilities.
