Finance Associate

About the role
The Finance Associate will support the finance team in delivering accurate financial analysis, managing banking relationships, and overseeing loan processes. This position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and offers the opportunity to work closely with various internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial statement analysis, financial projections, and evaluate business cases.
- Maintain regular communication with banking partners to address group requirements and respond to bank inquiries.
- Conduct variance analysis, internal forecasting, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee buyer home loan applications, loan proceeds, and manage commercial loan amortization.
- Assist co‑employees with personal banking assistance as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modelling/forecasting, or capital budgeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, result‑oriented, and willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
