Finance & Accounting Manager – Philippines

About the role

CLASQUIN Philippines is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function and build the financial framework for a fast‑growing operation. This senior role partners with local and regional leadership to ensure sound financial planning, governance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, providing timely insights for commercial and operational decisions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in line with local and Group standards.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, accounts receivable/payable and working‑capital optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting, tax and statutory requirements and coordinate audits.
• Develop and implement scalable finance processes, internal controls and systems to support growth.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years progressive finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience establishing or scaling finance functions in start‑up, new‑market or high‑growth settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work with local, regional and international stakeholders.
