About the role

Procter & Gamble is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join its dynamic team in Taguig City. The role combines strategic finance leadership with hands‑on accounting responsibilities, supporting sustainable growth and delivering accurate financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reports and manage the Record‑to‑Report process.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay operations, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
• Lead forecast processing and management reporting to enable timely business decisions.
• Perform financial and cost analysis to identify growth opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Identify internal control risks and collaborate with business units to implement effective controls.
• Prepare and file accurate tax returns while managing tax‑related risks and opportunities.

Required profile
