Finacle Developer – Application Design & Support

About the role

We are looking for a Finacle Developer to design, develop, maintain and enhance Finacle‑based application systems. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring compliance with AML and MLPP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and perform systems analysis and design.
• Design and develop application modules, file structures, interfaces, programs and reports.
• Implement backup, recovery and archiving procedures.
• Code, compile and test new and revised programs following SDLC, security and audit standards.
• Prepare test data, test plans, conversion and implementation plans for supervisor approval.
• Maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Supervise file conversion and provide technical support to end‑users.
• Conduct initial training for trainers and users.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finacle development.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
