Finacle Developer – Application Design & Development

About the role

The Finacle Developer will design, develop, maintain, and enhance Finacle‑based application systems. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring compliance with AML and MLPP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and perform systems analysis and design.
• Design and code application modules, file structures, interfaces, and reports according to SDLC standards.
• Prepare test data, execute unit and integration tests, and document test results.
• Develop conversion, implementation, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Provide technical support, conduct initial training for users, and supervise file conversions.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finacle development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
