Figma & Webflow Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Figma and Webflow Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on designing website pages and landing pages in Figma that will be built in Webflow. This is a long‑term, full‑time position with competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑fidelity website and landing page mockups in Figma.
• Translate Figma designs into Webflow‑ready layouts, ensuring design fidelity.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify design specifications.
• Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all digital assets.
• Iterate on feedback and refine designs to meet user experience goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for web, preferably with a portfolio of Figma projects.
• Strong understanding of Webflow’s design capabilities and constraints.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
