Field Technician

About the role

The Field Technician provides on‑site support for existing accounts, handling service requests, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves traveling to client locations, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on LCD/LED televisions and related electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel routes, and investigate client complaints.
• Conduct tests, resolve problems, and prepare/upload advertising content as needed.
• Repair LCD/LED TVs, including parts/board replacement, panel repair, and full unit refurbishment.
• Study system requirements, order components, complete installations, and perform acceptance testing.
• Maintain rapport with customers, suggest improvements, and keep service information confidential.
• Follow operating instructions, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and arrange repairs.
• Document all service and installation actions through forms, reports, and logs.
• Update technical knowledge through training and professional publications.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics repair, specifically LCD/LED television servicing.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and a focus on quality and results.
• Ability to keep confidential information secure.
