Field Quality Assurance Specialist (Isabela)

About the role

The Field Quality Assurance Specialist supports Home Credit Philippines by ensuring regulatory compliance, preventing fraud, and minimizing company loss during field operations. Based in Isabela, you will work closely with field officers and internal teams to monitor visits, coach staff, and generate actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor field visits for compliance with company processes.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent activities.
• Create tickets and documentation for challenges encountered.
• Serve as point‑of‑contact for QA interventions, ad‑hoc tasks, and special validation projects.
• Coach and mentor field officers, providing feedback and improvement guidance.
• Produce reports and share QA insights with senior management.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives such as trackers and violation coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality‑assurance or related role.
• Strong understanding of company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, able to interact with senior management.
• Fluency in Tagalog, English, or the local dialect, both spoken and written.
• Local availability; possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
