Field QA Specialist

About the role

The Field QA Specialist ensures that field operations comply with regulatory standards, mitigate fraud risk, and protect the company from loss. Working within Home Credit Philippines, you will monitor field visits, coach officers, and provide actionable insights to improve quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor field visits against established processes.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives such as trackers and violation coaching.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent activities that could lead to company loss.
• Create tickets and detailed reports for any challenges encountered during QA validation.
• Act as point‑of‑contact for internal initiatives, ad‑hoc tasks, and special validation projects.
• Coach and mentor field officers to enhance performance and compliance.
• Generate valuable reports from collated data and share QA insights with senior management.
• Perform additional tasks that boost team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality‑assurance or similar role.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed reports on quality issues, including findings and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English (written and spoken).
• Local availability; possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
