FHS Direct Shipment Officer

About the role

The FHS Direct Shipment Officer is responsible for managing the flow of Airbus FHS spare parts within the customer warehouse, ensuring quality, accurate documentation, and timely shipment to repair stations. The role works closely with warehouse operators, customers, and internal teams to maintain a reliable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of components and packaging according to FHS checklists.
• Validate removal reasons, verify supporting documents, and capture digital images to prevent disputes.
• Create repair orders and prepare unserviceable parts for shipment, following Airbus FHS repair management processes.
• Manage IT transactions in the Airbus FHS information system, update aircraft configuration and component history, and maintain required timestamps.
• Coordinate communication with Toulouse and customers regarding backlogs, stock levels, and part availability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, implement Practical Problem Solving (PPS), and assist with local rollout of new processes or information system tools.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, quality, logistics, supply chain, aerospace or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation or supply chain environments.
• Quick learner, customer‑oriented, and quality‑focused.
• Strong time‑management skills, ability to meet short deadlines and work autonomously.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent interpersonal skills for multicultural teamwork.
• Able to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and manage offshore collaboration.
