Fashion Designer – Girls Kidswear

About the role

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer to lead the design of a girls’ clothing line for kids. The role involves translating market trends into age‑appropriate collections that reflect our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create design concepts, prints and graphics for girls’ apparel.
• Develop seasonal collections based on trend research and brand direction.
• Prepare mood boards, colour palettes and design presentations.
• Produce detailed design artworks and technical packs for production.
• Collaborate with product development, pattern making, merchandising and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Review samples, provide feedback and guide improvements.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and target market.
• Mentor junior designers and support creative direction for campaigns and lookbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in kidswear or girls’ apparel.
• Strong portfolio showcasing prints, graphics and apparel design.
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
