Factory Worker

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Factory Worker to join our production team. In this role you will support the manufacturing process by operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the production process.
- Follow and enforce quality control measures.
- Keep the work area clean and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- High school or senior high school diploma.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred).
- Dependable, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work well in a diverse team.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced factory environment with potential exposure to noise and machinery.
Required skills
- Team‑player attitude.
- Basic project management capabilities.
- Ability to follow quality standards.
- Inventory management competence.
