Facilities Multi‑Skilled Technician

About the role

The Facilities Multi‑Skilled Technician ensures that all building systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Working on‑site, you will perform a mix of preventive and corrective tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment to support a productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve facility issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure and identify potential problems.
• Assist with office fit‑outs, relocations and minor construction activities.
• Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy‑efficiency tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialised repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists and reports.
• Support emergency response and business continuity procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical or building services.
• Valid TESDA NC II certification for HVAC.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire‑safety systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
