Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all building systems and infrastructure. This role ensures that facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards while supporting ongoing renovation and space‑planning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of all facility systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and coordinate renovation projects, space planning, and other facility‑related initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for effective facility management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Administer budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting for facility operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 35 years of experience in facilities management or a closely related area.
• Proven leadership abilities and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
