About the role

The Facilities Management & Supplies Manager will oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and engineering operations of our head‑office building and any associated store locations. This role ensures that all facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, supporting both administrative and retail functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage general maintenance and engineering activities across stand‑alone stores and mall‑based locations.
  • Lead construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects from planning to completion.
  • Facilitate vendor management, including selection, contracting, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate tenant relations and ensure seamless communication between occupants and facilities teams.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a professional license.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in property, building, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of building and equipment maintenance methods, operating requirements, safety precautions, and construction operations.
