Facilities Management Officer – Canlubang

About the role

The Facilities Management Officer will oversee the integrated operation of people, places and processes within Jollibee’s manufacturing site in Canlubang. The role focuses on maintaining critical building systems, managing third‑party service providers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fire protection equipment, fire detection & alarm system (FDAS), HVAC, ventilation, electrical & auxiliary systems, and CCTV.
• Manage third‑party contractors for operations, compliance, inspections, preventive maintenance, contract administration and SLA monitoring.
• Oversee custodial, housekeeping, canteen, shuttle, waste‑management, pest‑control and other soft services.
• Ensure compliance through audits, licensing, permits and contract management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
• Licensed/registered Engineer.
• Minimum five years of professional facilities or property management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Pollution Control Officer and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna.
